This is a complete setup to replace faulty or not working OEM HID ballast. Easy installation and no modifications, cutting, or splicing to any cables is required. This setup is for only vehicles that are equipped with either a D2S, D2R or a D2C OEM bulb.

  • The option to add an HID Bulb (An HID bulb is an option, but if your current OEM bulb is working is not necessary to replace it.)

Why would I need this setup?

If you currently have a vehicle that is equipped with HID bulbs from factory and the igniter (ballast)is not working.
How can I know if my OEM HID bulbs are not working?

  •  If either one or two bulbs are not turning on. Reason - the igniter (ballast) is most likely bad or burned out.
  •  If one or both bulbs flickers and then shuts off. Reason – The igniter (ballast) is most likely bad or burned out. This issue might also be a bad OEM bulb.
  •  If one or both bulbs turn on and then within a few seconds or minutes shut off. Reason – The igniter (ballast) is most likely bad or burned out. This issue might also be a bad OEM bulb.
