WARRANTY
Our warranty only covers products that are defective during the warranty period. We don’t warranty any products that are broken or damaged during installation. Professional installation is highly recommended and we advise to please read the instructions before doing any installation. We are not responsible for any damages or malfunctions to your automobile or bike after installing our products, nor are we responsible for any citations given due to improper installation, cause of accident, or any city or state prohibiting the use of HIDs in vehicles. Warranty is only valid for the original buyer of the product. Our products are backed up with a year warranty. Additional warranty can be purchased on the products page options.
RETURNS
Returns are only accepted as long as it’s within 7 days of when the package was received and with original receipt. The product needs to be in excellent condition as it was received. Returns are accepted but a 20% of restocking fee would be applied towards the price of the product not including any shipping or handling charges. If the product is defective after is received or during the warranty period, the customer is responsible for contacting us for the right procedures. We will then provide the customer with either a return or warranty option depending on the situation. We will not be responsible for any damage or lost packages that are sent back from the customers to us for a return. Please be sure to package the item well and to also buy insurance in case it is lost or damaged in the mail. EXCHANGES
